Provides annual continuing coverage for additional years of Ultimate Care Warranty, Hard Drive no return service, and Global SLA Uplift. This five (5) year total service package requires the purchase of CF-SVCLMCGSLAHY1 for year 1 and delivers per region TAT Service Level Agreements, delivery of specified customer delivery documentation, and consolidated service initiation via the Panasonic US Help Desk. Additional OOW requested services are facilitated via a separate SOW under this global program. This program requires a 5-year commitment and is purchased on an annual basis.
